Nick's New Hat

I ordered some fall / winter hats for the boys which arrived today. Nicholas HATES to wear a hat and mittens. Every year we start the season with him throwing a fit in the mud room for an afternoon because I won't let him outside without the above mentioned articles of clothing. After the first day, he has figured out I mean it and he'll wear it. We typically revisit the struggle every few weeks. Well, this hat came out of the box and I cannot get it off his head! It was almost 70° today, and he wore it all  day including to the library and soccer practice. I guess I have a winner!

On a side note, is he freakin' cute or what!?! Sam thinks he looks like a punk with the stylish hat and long hair :-)
