Halloween Day dawned rainy but warm. The boys were super excited about the day. Since it was looking like a long one, we let them wear their costumes to the grocery store that morning.
Here they are all ready to hit the town.
Nathan the Alligator, Nicholas the Lion and Ben - SWAT.
I have to give some time to Nicholas in his lion costume because he was just so darn cute!
Ready to go Mom!
And of course, we need to look back at the the other boys as a Lion.
Nicholas (10 Months)
Nathan (4 Months)
Benjamin (7 months)
Hmmm, Nathan and Benjamin have that deer in the headlights look going on.
The rain stopped when we headed out which was nice. The boys enjoyed riding in the wagon until we got to the bottom of the hill where the real party started.
(on a side note, I have to talk about the 'wagon'. This is the wagon that was on the side of the road on bulk trash day. I saw it was missing a wheel so I called Heather who did a quick on line search and found that a new wheel was only a couple of bucks. To my delight when I went to get it, the wheel was inside the wagon, just bent. 5 minutes of Sam's time had the wagon ready to go. Poor Sam, as he says, everything I bring home needs to be fixed. Thank goodness I have him!)
Nicholas and Torin choose to ride in the stoller and take it all in.
Sam decided it would be fun to ride the wagon down the hill - sigh. At the bottom he met up with a very nice dog.
Elias and Ben gave up before we even turned around to hit the other side of the road on the way home!
Nathan was still good to go and was very patient waiting in line for his candy at the houses.
Shhh, the lion is sleeping.
Nathan very much enjoyed his candy when we got home.
