Mites On Ice

Last night Nathan had a once in a life time experience - participating in Mites on Ice at the Washington Capitals hockey game.  His hockey team took the ice in Caps gear for a 3 minute game during the first intermission.  Included dressing in the locker room across from the Caps room, and of course - Ice time!!!

I've never seen 15 boys so quite. Look at the stadium crowd - sold out. Nathan said he was very nervous as did the others.  They just stood there in silence.

Then Slapshot came and got them excited!
