A relaxing weekend

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend. Mammy and Gramps came for the week and the boys got lots of Mammy time and Daddy and Gramps got lots of projects done.  Sam and I did our Christmas shopping but I can't tell you what we bought :-) Stay tuned for a Christmas eve post when we hopefully finish assembling it in time!

Sam surprised me with a Christmas Tree a few weeks ago. It was actually the top of a tree they cut down at work but he remembered that what I missed most from Maine was making wreaths and garland. So I was very excited! It has been a long time since I've had the fresh stuff.

(On a side note you can see the 'second' driveway going in on the property behind Nathan.  Behind the small shed is where the barn is going. More on that soon I hope!)

 

 B-E-A-UTiful! I'm spoiled and don't think I'll be able to go back! Now just need to add lights!
