Boys Annual Camping Trip

Last weekend was the boys annual Mother's Day camping trip - a weekend late due to our cruise. They had a blast. I on the other hand had severally bad allergies that moved into my lungs and got to go to Immediate Care. By Sunday morning the oral and inhale steroid mix had kicked in, so I was at least able to enjoy the afternoon with them at home. But, as you know it was a beautiful weekend and I had grand plans of a kayak trip and hike - such a bummer.

Ben learned to start a fire this weekend

Ben got a bit antsy Saturday afternoon, so Sam gave him a knife and piece of wood. Sam said he 'widdled' the wood for over 2 hours.

All the boys had a lesson in washing dishes.

Sam said that if you were in person you'd see Nicholas covered in marshmallows from smores. That was why he took the photo.

Nicholas did so good on the Radio Flyer Trike that we got out the real tricycle when thy got home. He is doing so good on it and making circles on the patio like crazy.
