Soccer season has officially begun with Ben's first game on Saturday and Nathan's first practice tomorrow. Saturday was cold and rainy - very unpleasant after a week of 80° weather. Ben started first half in goal and played midfield second half.

I didn't get any photos second half as it was way too exciting! He had several shots on goal that were from an angle and went to far to the side, but they were nice shots. He was wide open, received a terrific pass and was aimed to shoot when the whistle blew to end the game. Sigh.
As I said it was very cold. Luckily we brought our easy up as did the coaches husband so we joined them together and were able to get all the parents and siblings under cover. Still, Nathan was very cold!
Nathan hasn't been napping much and has been falling asleep about anywhere. Which apparently my husband also did as a child. Sam and I were cleaning our bureaus and closet (What a project!) and the boys were watching Ben do a computer game. Well, we hear Ben say "Mom, Nathan's asleep" and there is poor Nathan with his head resting on the desk out cold. He woke before I got to him and just got up and curled up in the chair. We had to wake him after the picture as it was 4:45pm and time for dinner - THEN bed.
