Remember the Cronkites?

Yes,I know it has been awhile. Susan gets the credit for making me feel guilty about the lack of blogging! Problem 1 is a bum digital camera. Problem 2 is life in general - CRAZY!!

1. We started our Homeschool Coop on Mondays.
It's going great. Ben has two new friends (Lily and Johnny) and I have met some wonderful woman that I really like. I think this is going to be good for us. Nathan loves 'going to school' and Nicholas is settling in with his classes. Ben is taking Pilgrim History, Art, Chemistry and Gym. Nathan has Gym, Wild West History and Sign Language. Nicholas has Gym, Free play and Shapes / Colors.

2. Soccer started again.
Ben has soccer Tuesday and Thursday nights at 5:45 which is always a rush for some reason. He is really loving it this year and gets really excited. The team is pretty much the same kids as last year and they are playing well together.

3. Pioneer Club
Ben is doing the Scooter program of Pioneer Club again this year on Wednesday nights. Much thanks to Jenn for shuttling him back and forth which is a HUGE help for us as I'm at work.

Then add in my work schedule, schooling, Sam working weekends due to firewood season and church committee meetings / Sunday school teaching and wow, time has flown!

Now that I have redeemed myself - some pictures.

Sam brought his wood spliter home the other day and the boys were excited to help out. This was Nicholas' first time with the new one, and, well, he wasn't so sure. Ben was very helpful in moving the wood from the pile to the splitter for Daddy.

Hard Working Ben bringing Daddy all the wood to be split.

Nicholas is not so sure

The next morning, Ben was the 'foreman' as they re-stacked the wood. He had his cell phone and everything and sat the boys down to explain how the were going to do it (so he tells me). You'll have to excuse the clothing as they still had their PJs on. :-)

Nicholas desperately wants to ride a bike like Ben and Nathan. He was trying very hard to pedal and Ben was nice enough to offer assistance (and I didn't even have to ask him to!)

Last week the boys made pumpkin picture frames for their grandparents. Here are the photos I took to put in the frames.

And lastly - some soccer pictures. They aren't so good as my camera is possessed and turns on and off when it feels like it, making it very hard to take action shots!
He is #7 and in some has a blue hooded sweatshirt on under his jersey.

We are going to get pumpkins this weekend, so if my camera behaves I'll have more to share soon!
